About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker to support an NDIS participant in Blackheath. You'll bring your experience and knowledge in Acquired Brain Injuries, supporting 3 times a week (4 hours shifts) with a total of 12 hours per week. In this role, you’ll need to be assertive and calm under pressure, while also being encouraging and understanding. A strong listener who is able to prompt and promote independence and engagement, you’ll be a key part of helping them live an independent and fulfilling life. No two days are the same!
